Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the 20jl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This age requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino-style gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Account Registration

To access the full services of the 20jl Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration, and as updated from time to time, is true, accurate, and complete.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual for any purpose — including claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and potential forfeiture of balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 20jl reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR's requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 20jl is required to verify the identity of all registered Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), Driver's License, Passport, UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID), SSS ID, GSIS ID, or Voter's ID.

Deposits

Players may fund their 20jl Wallet using the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT (via designated cryptocurrency gateway). 20jl may add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion and will communicate such changes through the Platform.

The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100.00). There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 20jl at the platform level; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. GCash and Maya deposits are typically processed and credited to your Wallet instantly. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the operational schedules of the respective financial institutions and may take up to one (1) banking day. 20jl does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees for which 20jl accepts no responsibility.

20jl reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests for available Wallet balances subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment account in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00. A maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day may apply; current limits are displayed within the Wallet section of your Account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 20jl offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered, including applicable wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 20jl:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, exchanged, or sold.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

20jl's determination of bonus abuse shall be final. Where bonus abuse is suspected, 20jl may undertake an investigation and may withhold funds pending the outcome of such investigation.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 20jl Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine authorities:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration or during KYC verification; impersonating another person; creating an Account on behalf of another individual.
2. Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime or for any activity that violates Philippine AML laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
3. Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games and tournaments.
4. Automated Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to automate betting activity without prior written authorization from 20jl.
5. Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to deposits made to the Platform.
6. Abuse of System Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software error, vulnerability, or system malfunction on the Platform for financial gain.
7. Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through proxies, family members, or any other arrangement.
8. Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
9. Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, disrupting the Platform's operation, or engaging in conduct that adversely affects the experience of other Players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 20jl Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "20jl," the logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces provided by 20jl directly, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 20jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; reverse engineering any Platform software; creating derivative works based on Platform content; or using the 20jl brand, name, or logo without prior written authorization from 20jl.

Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, CQ9, and others) and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

In all other cases, 20jl's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

20jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes seriously its obligations to protect Players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. 20jl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount deposited into the Wallet. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment in connection with the Account.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent law enforcement authority.
• Detection of Account use by an individual under the age of 21.
• Reasonable grounds to believe that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 20jl support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of bonuses and any amounts subject to pending investigation) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for deposit, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, fraud, or money laundering, 20jl reserves the right to forfeit the entire Wallet balance and to report the matter to PAGCOR and/or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Amendments to Terms

20jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or additions of new defined terms that do not alter existing obligations) may be made without prior notice.

All amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall first be referred to 20jl's customer support team for informal resolution. 20jl aims to resolve Player complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a complaint cannot be resolved through informal means, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to such alternative dispute resolution mechanism as may be prescribed by PAGCOR's applicable licensing conditions.

20jl's status as a platform operating under PAGCOR's regulatory framework means that regulatory complaints may also be directed to PAGCOR through its published complaint channels.
